Amanda swears by the 3 second rule, even when she’s live on TV...
Ah, the taboo topic of whether it’s ok to eat things off the floor is always a funny one - and even funnier when a celeb is all for it.
Covering for Holly Willhouby and Philip Schofield, on This Morning, Amanda Holden and Ben Shepard were taught how to make the “perfect” pavlova by Yotam Ottolenghi.
However, the moment Amanda saw the bowl of whipped cream coming towards her, she dipped her finger in and some fell on the floor.
Not wanting any to go to waste, she bent down and scooped it into her mouth saying: “Three second rule!” Now, she may not be the first person to eat food off the floor, but Twitter fans were outraged, referring to her as a “tramp” and demanding she “wash her hands” - tough crowd!
Everyone just skipping past the fact Amanda has just been licking her fingers and now she’s touching the plumbs? Ok #thismorning— LouInWonderland (@ItsLouiseee_xo) October 23, 2017

Judging by the look on Amanda’s face, it was worth it!
