Devoted Chase fans are gutted to see the show on it's break and are not sold on it's replacement.
Every so often that sad time of year arrives again when it's time for The Chase to have a little break from our TV screens.
It's sad, but true, and only makes us love our favourite daytime quiz show even more when it does return to the telly.
Last time round the show was replaced by the Rylan Clark-Neal fronted game show, Babushka, during it's break and viewers were not impressed at all.
This time round things seem to be looking little better as the replacement show Cash Trapped is fronted by none other than The Chase host himself, Bradley Walsh.
But it seems that fans STILL aren't happy and are proving again they're a tough bunch to please.
It seems like The Chase is the only show that will fly in the mid afternoon slot on ITV as viewers took to Twitter to berate Cash Trapped with lots of people commenting on how confusing the game is.
#Cashtrapped am I the only one who has no idea what is going on. Love Bradley but this is far to hard on the brain for a teatime quiz show— tracy hutchings (@nellytheellie) July 31, 2017

If you're not sure, here's Bradley explaining how the game works...
But despite viewers being less than impressed to see the beloved chasers replaced by his new show, Bradley had a lot of love to give for his new programme.
Appearing on Lorraine yesterday he said the show was "terrific" and gave one particularly touching anecdote from the new series.
"This one woman – I can't remember her name now – she missed her children so much that she started to get upset. We had to say to her, 'Do you want to go?' but she stayed for her kids as she really needed the money. It was extraordinary.... It's a good little show actually."
