She may have the tittle of Britain's best baker but 'Bake Off' winner Candice Brown could be heading Stateside.
Candice Brown is in the line-up for a job in America, as big TV executives are reportedly eyeing her up for a big TV deal.
The -year old baker, who was crowned Britain's Best Baker after winning the last series of 'The Great British Bake Off' ahead of it's move to Channel 4 next year, could be packing up her stuff and heading across the pond.
New reports claim that the former PE teacher has become centre of a big squabble between major American TV networks, wit Fox and NBC reportedly 'fighting it out' to try and win her over.
A source told the Daily Star on Sunday: "It has been put to Candice that she would be the new face of ‘The Taste’.
This would spell the end of Nigella’s reign in the US. They told Candice she was perfect to reboot the show and she is being heralded as the sexiest thing since Nigella’s spoon sucking."
A friend of Candice's also told the paper she could potentially be moving to LA.
"This time last year she was teaching and by next year she could be living in LA and presenting her own cookery show," a pal said.
"Candice can’t believe how her career is snowballing – it’s crazy."
A TV deal isn't the only lucrative offers the budding baker has had either.
It's thought the 31 year old has been asked to front a range of cooking merchandise, a vintage jewellery line and a make-up range thanks to her love of lipstick.
