It's thought that show bosses are already thinking about their next contestants for 2017.
We may still have a few days to go before we sit down to watch the tense Strictly Ballroom final, but it seems as though bosses are already eyeing up talent for next year's show.
It's thought Ellie Simmonds is the golden girl for producers, as they are hoping to snap up the gold-winning Paralympian as early as possible.
The 22-year-old maybe is a sporting superstar was scooping medals at the Beijing Olympics from age 13.
She went onto to excel at London 2012 and was awarded her second bronze and fifth gold at Rio last summer.
Now The Daily Mirror reports the swimmer is at the top of the list for the 2017 bill, and it's thought her appearance on Saturday night's semi-final was part of the plan to lure her in.
A source revealed to the paper: "They wanted to introduce her to the Strictly family and for her to get a feel for the place and the programme."
"She had a fabulous time. It's early days. She is our number one choice by a country mile."
Whether Ellie got a feel for the show is yet to be seen but she did get to witness what it's like to be axed from the ballroom, as Claudia Fragapane narrowly missed her place in the final after she as voted off.
