'Mrs.Brown's Boys' has beat out the likes of 'The Office' and 'Gavin and Stacey' to claim the top spot.
It's safe to say that when it comes to comedy, Mrs Brown's Boys is a little bit like marmite. You either love it or you hate it.
So it comes as no surprise that the British comedy has divided opinion once again after being voted as the Greatest Sitcom of the 21st Century.
The comedy, starring Brendan O'Carroll as the no-nonsense family matriarch Agnes Brown, beat out the likes of 'The Office' to gain first place despite being slammed by critics since it's initial debut in 2011.
Despite it's mixed reception the show has consistently pulled in huge viewing figures, and while some might argue that its level of humour lacks any intelligence others claim it's feel good viewing.
Shocked at the results of the poll, which was voted for by Radio Times readers, people swiftly took to Twitter to vent their frustrations at the show being voted above the likes of 'Gavin and Stacey' and 'Miranda'.

Other sitcoms to round up the top five in the Radio Times poll, included the likes of 'Peter Kay's Car Share' which came in third, 'Count Arthur Strong' in fourth and 'The I.T Crowd'.
