The 'Strictly' Class of 2017 are loving the sequins already...
We won’t get to see the new stars of Strictly Come Dancing in action until the show’s televised launch on September 9th. But ahead of the dance contest’s fifteenth series, the contenders have glammed up to record a red carpet arrival.
It seems that the newbies can’t wait to get started and “Keeeep dancing!”
Singer Mollie King, 30, from The Saturdays, was dressed in a dazzling canary-yellow dress. Mollie showed off some moves by throwing her arms back and twerking for the hyped-up crowd.

Alexandra Burke, the former winner of The X Factor, was clearly embracing her imminent return to weekend telly. The star of the Sister Act stage musical shimmied her way down the red carpet in a thigh-skimming orange and gold dress that featured a daring neckline.
Alexandra also busted a few moves, and she arrived on the arm of fellow contestant Jonnie Peacock, 24. The Paralympian will be the show’s first disabled contestant.
Glamorous weather girl Charlotte Hawkins, 42, was dressed in midnight blue, and beamed as she stopped to pose for pictures with a hand on her hip ahead of the show.

She was followed by Ruth Langsford,57, who made her way down the red carpet, wearing an off the shoulder sequined midi dress.
The This Morning host was looking super confident, even after discovering she was the least favourite star to lift the glitter ball trophy. Ruth is still one of the people we’re most looking forward to seeing on the dancefloor, though, and we’re sure she’ll embrace the experience.

Fans who attended also saw a glimpse of judge Darcey Bussell, 48, who looked elegant in white trousers and a lace white top. She was joined by new head judge Shirley Ballas, 56, who complemented Darcey in a glamorous black dress.
This year's contestants will now be hard at work learning their group dance ahead of the September 9th launch. That’s when they’ll also learn which professional dance partner they’ve been paired with. Exciting!
