An investigation is underway in Taunton, after claims a 13-year-old girl was inappropriately touched in Bramble Park.
Police say it happened around 8.40pm on Friday August 8th, when the girl, her sister and a friend were approached by a man.
He had been sitting under a tree near to a play park area, when he followed them from Holway Park, along Haywood Road, to Bramble Park.
Police say he ran past them and waited before they reached the park, and then touched the girl's bottom inappropriately.
After screaming, she ran off along a nearby footpath.
The man police want to speak to is described as white, aged between 40 and 50, around 5ft 5, of a chubby build, and with thin, grey hair.
At the time of the attack, he was bare-chested, carrying a black bag, and wearing white underwear or very short shorts with a stripe down the side.
Officers would like to hear from anyone with information, or anyone who was in the Holway Park and Bramble Park areas at the time on 101, quoting incident 81661/14.
Callers can also speak to Crimestoppers, anonymously if preferred, on 0800 555 111.
