5-Year-Old Boy Critical After Collision

A 5-year-old boy's been critically injured after he was knocked off his bike by a car in Headley Down near Bordon.

Police were called to Birch Road shortly after 11.45am on Saturday, July 21st.

A collision occurred between a five-year-old boy riding a bicycle and a blue Volvo S40 driven by a woman aged in her 60s from Headley Down.

The child, also from Headley Down, received head and chest injuries, which are described as life-threatening. The boy was taken to hospital.

No-one else was hurt in the collision.

Birch Road was closed until 3.45pm whilst the scene was examined by police.
