Boy Attacked By Dog On The Way To School

Police are investigating after a teenager was injured by a dog in Portsmouth.

The 14-year-old boy was walking in Drayton Road near the junction with Stubbington Road on his way to school between 7.45am and 8.15am on Monday 22nd April 2013 when he was approached by a brown dog. The boy received hospital treatment after being bitten on his right forearm.
 
The dog was described as being with a slim woman, who had long dark hair. It’s alleged she refused to stop after the assault, and then walked off with the dog.
