Officers were called to the blaze at around 7.45am on Monday, January 9.
Three flats at the block in Mansergh Walk had to be evacuated.
It’s believed the blaze started inside the top floor flat and that some sort of accelerant was used.

Officers from the Safer Neighbourhoods Team have been in the area speaking with Neighbours and offering reassurance. Detectives working on the case say they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the fire.
