Man Robbed At Country Park

A man's been robbed at Royal Victoria Country Park.

Police are appealing for information after the incident in Netley at around 6.15pm on Monday, May 2.

A 38-year-old man from Southampton was walking along the seafront and looking out over the water when two men approached him and pushed him over.

They grabbed a bag that the man was holding in his right hand. The two men then ran off along the waterfront towards Netley.

The bag contained a silver Acer A500 laptop, a black Animal wallet containing £115 cash, a pre-paid credit card with £5 credit, and a black Nokia 6600 slide mobile phone.

The man sustained no visible injuries as a result of the incident.

The two men are described as:

-White

-Late teens to early 20s

-Wearing dark blue jeans

-Average height and build
