Men Charged Over Car Park Attack

Four men have been charged following an assault in a Winchester car park.

Ian Skinner, 22, of Woodstock Gardens, Middlesex; Mohammed Musa, 22, of Woolacombe Way, Middlesex; Joshua Folorunso, 22, of Woolacombe Way, Middlesex and Pritpal Singh, 21, of Seaton Road, Middlesex have all been charged with False Imprisonment and Kidnap.

They will appear before Basingstoke Magistrates today (Wednesday, January 23).
 
It follows an attack on a man at around 12.40pm on Monday, January 21 in the Tower Street car park.
