Crash Teenager Was Driving Stolen Car

A teenager has died after the stolen car he was driving hit a metal fence.

Joshua Cook-Blade, 19, from Gosport, Hampshire, was taken to the Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth, where he was pronounced dead following the accident in Rowner Road, Gosport, on the morning of May 6th 2013.

A Hampshire police spokesman said: "The incident happened at about 7am, when a black Vauxhall Astra collided with a metal fence.

"The 19-year-old driver of the car was taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 8.25am.''

The spokesman confirmed that the car had been reported stolen and no other vehicles were involved in the accident.
