Samurai Swords Stolen In Southampton

Police are appealing for information after a burglary where Samurai swords worth £600 were stolen.

The burglary happened on August 22 at a garage in Briton Street, Southampton.
 
Among the items taken were hand tools worth £600, nine golf clubs in a red and black golf bag to the value of £150 and the five Samurai swords which are specialist collectors items.
 
Detective Sergeant Will Whale of Hampshire Police said:

“We would appeal to anyone with information regarding this burglary to come forward.
 
“We’re especially keen to recover the five collectors Samurai swords as these items should not be on the street and present a danger in the wrong hands.”
