Woman Charged Over Drugs Haul
A 28-year-old woman has been charged with three counts of possession with intent to supply after around 200 bars of cannabis resin were found in Hedge End.
They were found along with a quantity of amphetamine, MDVP and TFMPP/BZP in a lock-up garage in Clover Way. The bars weighed more the 20kgs and all the other drugs together had a potential street value of around £250,000.
Police carried out a search of the garage on September 17 last year and recovered the items. They arrested Vicki Rooke from Ivy Dene, Southampton. She has since been charged in connection with the drugs find and has been released on bail to appear before Southampton Magistrates Court on Tuesday, August 2.
The first rail freight service from the UK to China has arrived.
A tracker device led to it being recovered in Totton - a man's been questioned.
Special constables will be trained in CPR, using oxygen and defibrillators so they can be first responders if they're closest.
