There's a warning against using rivers and reservoirs for WetNominate.

Welsh Water say they have seen an increase in the number of people going into them in the last few weeks.

They say they're "death traps" because they're so deep and cold.

It's after a man from Aberdare was filmed jumping from a bridge into water below.


Good Weekend For Welsh Football

Garry Monk says Swansea City worked together well to cause an upset on the first day of the Premier League.

The Swans beat Manchester United 2 - 1 at Old Trafford to pick up three points.

It was also good day for Cardiff - beating Huddersfield 3 - 1.

It's their first win in the Championship.
