Make Some Noise in the SKY!

Heart are proud to be supporting Global's Make Some Noise which is all about helping disadvantaged children and young people across the UK and here in the South West.

We're want to raise thousands of pounds for our Global's Make Some Noise appeal and we need YOU to get involved! 

Brace yourself because this is the scary bit... we're looking for listeners to jump out of a plane. (We warned you to brace yourself!) 

We've teamed up with Skydive UK in Honiton to offer a small number of our listeners the chance to take on a tandem skydive, over one of the most amazing drop zones in the UK. You'll free-fall at 120 miles per hour for a full minute over 2 miles! 

It's not for the faint-hearted but it will be an experience you will never forget. 

So do you fancy taking on this amazing, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity whilst making a difference to the lives of children across the UK and here in the South West? 

Team Heart will be jumping on Wednesday October 15th and we would LOVE for you to join us. You need to raise a minimum of £395 - £200 will cover the cost of the jump and £195 will go directly to Global's Make Some Noise appeal.

Be quick, as places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Jump date is subject to change due to weather conditions on the day. Sky Dive UK restrictions apply, read more here. 

Everyone who registers needs to have personal accident insurance. We will ask you to prove to us that you have bought this insurance before you will be allowed to jump. It generally only costs around £25-30. 

The insurance should have the minimum cover as below or you may not be able to jump.

Compensation payable in respect of Accident:

  • Death £100,000
  • Permanent Total Loss of Sight of One or Both Eyes Up to £100,000
  • Loss of One or More Limbs Up to £100,000
  • Permanent Total Disablement Up to £100,000
  • Temporary Total Disablement Up to £300 per week (excluding first 7 days)
  • Charter of Air Ambulance Up to £1,000
  • Baggage and Personal Effects Up to £500
  • Personal Money Up to £100
  • Personal Liability Up to £1,000,000
