Meet the UK's Oldest Penguin

Pat the penguin lives at Living Coasts in Torquay and is celebrating her 37th birthday.

She's the oldest known penguin in captivity in the UK and is celebrating the big day with a fish cake! 

Pat lives with her 13 year old toy boy Eddie and has a number of a great grand penguins. 

The female African Penguin was hatched at Paignton Zoo in 1978 but has lived at Living Coasts since it opened in 2003.
