RULES

  1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions) apply to ‘Sloppy Giuseppe’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on 4.4.14 during Heart Breakfast with Matt & Caroline (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart South West.
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

  1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must

Send a text message with the words ‘BREAKFAST WIN’ to 82122 to register (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air by the presenter. Someone will be selected at random and called back by the producer and taken to air.  We may select a number of callers to be on ‘standby’ should another caller be required.

  1.  The contestant will be taken to air and asked the definition of 3 Italian phrases. If they correctly identify 1 of the phrases they will win.

Eligibility:

  1. Listeners must be 18 years of age or older.
  1. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

 Prize:

  1. A free meal for 4 people at Bella Italia at the Barbican Leisure Park in Plymouth on Saturday April 5th 2014. Maximum order value is £200. Bella Italia terms and conditions apply. This prize is non-transferable /  refundable, no cash alternative.
