Dress To Impress
If you look great on the outside, there’s no doubt you’ll feel better on the inside so what’s stopping you from slipping into your favourite fitted frock and some sassy undies for an instant mood lifter? Whether you feel gorgeous in heels and a slimming dress or skinny jeans and a t-shirt, wear what makes you happy. Confidence doesn’t only come from mental change and a wardrobe makeover, it can manifest itself in something as small as a step. It’s one of the most genuine gestures you can offer another person, but many people steer clear of locking eyes if they’re lacking in confidence. To cheat your way to better self-esteem, try meeting someone’s eyes during a conversation and holding their gaze for a few seconds.
