Just start with small daily commitments that are easy to complete and build on that success. 

The most powerful and easy way to integrate a new habit is to start REALLY small! Just one minute a day - seriously! 

We want to cultivate a feeling of success - so if we give ourselves something easy that we’re going to show up to every day. You can increase the time, but if the habit wavers - pull it right back and don't feel guilty about it! 

The key with starting small is that it just gets you to started. You can then apply this rule to all areas of your life.
