People in Suffolk will still get the chance to see the new Alice in Wonderland movie at cinema's here.

Cineworlds in Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds have confirmed they will be showing the new Disney title which is released next week.

The movie, starring Johnny Depp, is being boycotted by the Odeon cinema chain in the UK, Ireland and Italy though.

Disney's worried about DVD piracy, so it wants to rush the film out to shops in just 12 weeks - it's usually 17 weeks before they go on sale. That's angered cinemas like Odeon who fear it'll mean less people bothering to buy tickets.

Would it stop you from going to see the movie at the cinema?
