Brandon: Man Suffers Serious Eye Injury In Assault

It happened just after 1am on Saturday 26 January in a pub on Market Hill, Brandon.

The 32-year-old man has stated that as he began to leave the pub via the rear door he was hit to his left side around his head.

The man was taken to hospital and received emergency surgery to his eye.

Police have spoken to a number of people who were in the pub on the evening and viewed CCTV from the area. Enquiries are continuing and police would like to hear from anyone who may have information in relation to this incident.
