Bury St Edmunds Carpark Death - Men Bailed

Two men bailed after woman's body found in pub car park in Bury St Edmunds.

The men were arrested on suspicion of murder and questioned after the body of 50-year-old Mary Roberts was found in a car park in Risbygate Street at around 9am on Wednesday 27 March.

The men, aged 55 and 59 and both from the Bury St Edmunds area, must return to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre on Tuesday 4 and Wednesday 5 June respectively.

Two cordons had been in place in Petch Close in Bury as part of the murder investigation; one has now been lifted but the second remains as inquiries continue.
