Woman killed at Country Fair

A woman has died and at least seven people have been injured after a horse and cart broke loose during a country fair over the weekend.

It happened Sunday afternoon at around 4.30pm at Nowton Park in Bury St Edmunds

An investigation reports that a horse and cart had got loose and had run over several people, with one 57-year-old woman dying this morning in Addenbrooke's Hospital from her injuries. All other people who were wounded at the event were taken to West Suffolk Hospital and have since been discharged.
