Ipswich: Five Arrests On Attempted Murder

Five people have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man was stabbed in Ipswich.

Police were called to a disturbance at a property on Witney Close just before 5am this morning, Friday 6 April 2012. Upon arrival a man was found with serious stab wounds and has been taken to Ipswich Hospital for treatment.

Five people were arrested at the scene, they are two 23-year-old women; a 20-year-old man; a 21-year-old man; and a 24-year-old woman, all from Ipswich. They have been taken to the Martlesham Police Investigation Centre for questioning whilst inquiries continue in Witney Close.
