Ipswich: Missing 15 Year Old Girl

Police are appealing for the public's help in finding a 15-year-old girl who has gone missing from Ipswich.

Courtney Laird was last seen at her home address in Ravenswood Avenue at 4.45pm on Thursday 27 December 2012 when she went out for a walk, but she did not return home as expected. Police say they have carried out a number of inquiries to try to locate Courtney today, but she has not yet been found and officers are concerned for her welfare.

Courtney is described as white, 5 foot tall, of slim build with very long light brown hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a grey hooded top with "Love" written on the front, a black jacket and pink and white trainers.

Courtney is believed to be in the Great Yarmouth area, but also has connections to the Bury St Edmunds, Bungay, Diss and Lowestoft areas.

Anyone who may have seen Courtney or has information on her whereabouts should contact Ipswich Police on 101.
