Ipswich: Shop Worker Has Knife Pulled On Them

A shop worker has been threatened with a knife during an attempted robbery in Ipswich last night.

At around 8:40pm a man entered the convenience store in Bramford Road, approached the counter and asked a male staff member for some tobacco, which he got for him. However when the staff member turned back the offender produced a knife and demanded cash from the till. 

No money was handed over and the man fled the store. 

The man is described as white, around 5ft 9ins tall, in his mid to late twenties, of medium/heavy build, with facial stubble and short dark hair.
