The body was recovered from the river and the man was identified as Peter Ralph, aged 26 years from Ipswich.
Two post mortem examinations have taken place and the pathologist is now awaiting toxicology reports in order to be able to ascertain the cause of death.

The circumstances of his death are currently being treated as unexplained.
I would urge anyone who may have seen Peter on the 9th or 10th September or who may have any information which will help with the enquiry to contact us.
We are in liaison with Peter's family who have also asked for anyone with any information to come forward."
