Lowestoft: Anthony Ogogo Celebrations

Thousands of people are expected in Lowestoft this afternoon to celebrate the homecoming of bronze medallist, Anthony Ogogo.

The final touches are still being made to the plans for today's special celebrations in Lowestoft Town Centre for Anthony Ogogo's medal winning achievements at the London 2012 Olympics.

Lowestoft's very own sporting hero, Anthony Ogogo, bronze medallist in the middleweight boxing division, will arrive at the stage at 5pm in a convertible Cadillac car which will leave from Station Square before going up London Road North to take him to the event.

The afternoon's celebrations will include street dancers, bands and some special performances.

Mayor Of Lowestoft, Nick Webb, Talks To Heart About The Celebrations.
