Last year's X Factor winner Matt Cardle has been speaking to Heart about what he was been working on since he was on the show.
It comes as the singer/songwriter - who comes from Halstead on the Suffolk/Essex border - releases his new album 'Letters' this week, featuring the single Run For Your Life which was written by Gary Barlow.
