Mildenhall: Farmer Injured By Cow

A man has been left in hospital with chest and internal injuries after getting injured by a cow at West Row in Suffolk on Friday evening.

Suffolk Accident Rescue Service was mobilised to the agricultural incident in near Mildenhall.

A farmer was attacked by a cow with a calf at foot at around 5.30pm. The 52 year old man suffered chest and internal injuries in the incident.

The SARS volunteer doctor administered a power painkiller and a drug to limit internal bleeding and the man was taken to the West Suffolk Hospital at Bury St Edmunds.
