With new job figures out today, Heart is being told how tough it can be at the moment to get certain jobs.
We are being told that some positions in East Anglia can have up to 400 people putting in applications.
Recruitment companies are telling us a lot of the toughest competition is for jobs in admin and customer services.
However they do say there has been an increase in the number of vacancies being made available.
What advice do they have to help make your application stand out?
