Saxmundham: Man Charged After Fatal Crash
Police have charged a man in connection with the death of a man in a road crash in Saxmundham in Suffolk.
64-year-old David Noy died after the collision on the B1121 in Saxmundham back in January.
Darren Baker, 47, from Manor Gardens in Saxmundham has been charged with causing death by careless driving and will appear before Lowestoft Magistrates Court on 27 December 2012.
Mr Noy, from Saxmundham died on Thursday 5 January at Addenbrookes hospital after a car was in collision with his pedal cycle just before 7.45am on Wednesday 4 January.
A man has been evicted from his bed at the James Paget University Hospital.
