Stowmarket: Teenager Arrested for GBH

A teenager has been arrested after a man suffered cuts to his face outside a pub in Stowmarket.

Police say they were called after an altercation at the Queens Head pub on Station Road West between 10.30pm and 11.00pm on Friday night.

A 43-year-old suffered cuts to his face and was treated in West Suffolk Hospital.

A 19-year-old from Stowupland was arrested on suspicion of wounding/GBH and been bailed pending further enquiries.
