Suffolk: Your Diet Questions Answered!
Dieticians in Suffolk will be answering questions about living a healthier lifestyle in a special web chat today.
Live Well Suffolk will be helping people to understand how they can make small changes to encourage healthier eating habits, by taking part in a live web chat today (Thursday, May 23) between 1.30-2.30pm.
During the online discussion, visitors will have the opportunity to ask questions to dieticians Karen Davies and Heather Osborn.
They'll be telling you how you can achieve you five-a-day and make suggestions about how to avoid snacking.
