People making weekend trips from Norfolk and Suffolk to London on the trains are facing two months of slow journeys.
West Row Crash: Tributes To Grandfather
The family of a man killed in a crash at West Row in Suffolk have been describing him as a much loved father and grandfather.
David Rofle died after a three-vehicle collision in West Row near Mildenhall on Tuesday 15 October.
“David John Rolfe, beloved husband of 53 years to Janet, much loved father of Teresa and grandfather to Charlotte, sadly passed away tragically today aged 75 years.
“He lived for the three woman in his life. He lived to help family, friends and neighbours. A giving person with a large heart. His love for the woman in his life was equal to his passion working outdoors and gardening.
“He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.”
Police were called at around 7:55am with a report of a three-vehicle collision on West Row Road involving a blue Toyota, a red Peugeot and a white Mazda.
Officers are continuing to appeal for witnesses to the collision to come forward.
Calls should be made to the Serious Collision Investigation Team at Suffolk Police on 101.
