Music For Dogs At Brighton Festival
200 owners and their dogs braved the weather for a canine concert last night.
They were treated to a violin recital as part of the Brighton Festival at the Brighton Open Air Theatre off Dyke Road.
The music was a mixture of melodies for people but also with notes pitched for only dogs to hear
Festival Director Laurie Anderson first trialed the idea at the Sydney Opera House, and again in New York’s Times Square earlier this year, making headlines around the world.
The show lasted for 20 minutes and was dubbed a 'howling' success.
