RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/(the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Southern Trains’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 22nd September 2014 to 12th October 2014 on Heart Sussex (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
Go online to http://www.heart.co.uk/sussex/ , choose either the Family package or the Commuters package depending on which they would like to win, and then register their details. Online entry will open at 12:01 22nd September 2014 and close at 23:59 on 12th October 2014
4. 1 winner will be selected at random from all entries at the end of the competition.
Eligibility:
5. Entrants must be 18 or over.
6. To be eligible for the family prize, children must be age 15 or under at time of travel.
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize:
One winner will win one prize of either a Commuter Package or a Family Weekend Package depending on which option they selected when entering.

f) Should this/these product(s) be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an
alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
g) Family Package terms and conditions - Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays. Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. At least one person must be over the age of 18 years and children must be age 15 or under at time of travel.
h) Hotel is classed as a 4 star and is based on two adults and two children sharing two twin rooms with ensuite facilities on a bed and breakfast basis.
i) Dinner is for two adults and two children from a set menu including half a bottle of house wine and water.
j) Tickets will be for the day stated only and are non-transferable. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of purchase.
k) All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prizewinner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
l) All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
8. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
