RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competitions) apply to Summer Sorted radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 25th July to 26th August 2011 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart Sussex and Surrey
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
1) Details of the Competition
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
a) Send a text message with their answer to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”) using the key word ‘Sussex’ and their answer to the question. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air. Any text received outside of the announced time will not be included.
1.2 Each day during Drive (4pm to 7pm), Monday to Friday, the presenter will ask a question inviting listeners to text in with their answer
1.3 The presenter will then choose one listener at random from all correct answers to win the prize
1.4 The chosen listener may be brought to air and announced the winner
1.5 Prizes will be sent to winners via first class post, allow 7 working days for delivery
2) Eligibility
2.1 No age restriction
2.2 All entrants under the age of 18 must be in the company of a parent, adult or guardian
2.2 One entry per person
3) Prize
3.1 Each prize consists of one family pass to each of the following attractions:
• Harbour Park, Littlehampton – 1 ride book containing 10 tickets to use on a ride/attraction
• 1066 Battle of Hastings, Abbey and Battlefield, in Battle - up to 2 adults and 3 children. Expires 30th September 2011
• The Guilford Spectrum - Family Fun ticket for 2 adults plus 2 children. Expires on 31st December 2011
• Drusillas Park, Alfriston - Family pass for 4 people. Expires on 31st August 2012
• Borde Hill Garden, Haywards Heath - Family Day tickets. Expires on 11th of September 2011
• Arundel Castle - Gold Family ticket (2 Adults and up to 3 Children aged between 5 to 16 years of age.
• Sealife Centre, Brighton - Family pass is for 2 adults & 2 children. Expiry is 31st December 2011
• Holmbush Paintball U.K. - FREE day passes, include site entrance and 500 paintballs each for the day for up to 4 people.
3.2 The prize is non transferable and no cash alternative is available
3.3 All tickets/prize letters must be presented at the attraction
