RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s (“Global Radio”) general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.heart.co.uk) apply to ‘Adventure Connections’ radio competition (“the Competition”) which will run from 5th to 16th July 2010 (“the Duration”).  The “Radio Station” is Heart Sussex.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1)    Details of the Competition

1.1    To enter the Competition an Entrant must
a)    Call 0845 7 102 103 (the “Telephone Line”).  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.
1.2   Each day during Heart Breakfast with Tom, Lynsey, and Jack, two contestants will be chosen at random and brought to air. The presenters will ask them three general knowledge questions. The contestant who answers the most questions correctly will win the daily prize and be entered into the Brighton Spy treasure hunt for themselves and 3 other people
1.3    The daily winner will be announced on air

1)    Monday 5th July 2010 - Half day sailing experience for 5 people

2)    Tuesday 6th July 2010 - Off road dirt buggy racing experience for 6 people

3)    Wednesday 7th July 2010 - Clay shooting experience for 5 people

4)    Thursday 8th July 2010 - Chocolate making experience for 2 people

5)    Friday 9th July 2010 - Bed and breakfast for 2 people at the Drakes of Brighton

6)    Monday 12th July 2010 - Luxury spa day for 2 people. (and cream tea for 2 at the Grand Hotel)

7)    Tuesday 13th July 2010 - Zap cat power boating experience for 2 people

8)    Wednesday 14th July 2010 - Outdoor Karting for 5 people

9)    Thursday 15th July 2010 - Casino party package for 5 people  

10)    Friday 16th July 2010 - Perfume and aftershave making experience for 8 people

Brighton Spy Treasure Hunt – this is the prize that every winner will be entered into for them and 3 other people, to take place at a later date in the future – date to be confirmed by Adventure Connections once the promotion is finished on air

The winner of the Brighton Spy will then win the big prize of the Ultimate Watersports day in Brighton for up to 30 people - date to be confirmed by Adventure Connections

The prizes are non transferable and no cash alternatives are available
