RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.heart.co.uk) apply to ‘Plumpton Racecourse’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 6th to 10th September 2010 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart Sussex & Surrey.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1)    Details of the Competition
1.1    To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
a)    Call 0845 7 102103 (the “Telephone Line”).  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air
1.2    Each day, Heart Breakfast will be inviting listeners to call in to identify the famous lady on the horse – we will commentate a ‘race’, giving clues as he commentates as to the identity of the lady ‘jockey’. The listener that correctly identifies the female celebrity will win a day out at Ladies Day for four people
1.3    The listener that correctly identifies the female celebrity will win a day out at Ladies Day for four people plus the extra daily prize and will be announced on air

2)    Eligibility
2.1    Over 18’s only

3)    Prize
3.1  EACH DAY - VIP hospitality for 4 people within the BBQ Garden Party marquee at Plumpton Racecourse’s Ladies Day on Sunday 19th September 2010.  This prize includes:
•    Table for the day in the BBQ marquee, located in the centre of the course, overlooking the finishing line
•    Glass of pimms on arrival
•    Two course BBQ lunch
•    Hospitality entrance badge
•    Race programme
•    1 x Complimentary Car Parking (1 x car per group)
