RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition apply to ‘Win with Simply Health’’ radio competition ("the Competition"), which will run on Saturday September 29th 2012 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart London, Heart Thames Valley, Heart North West & Wales, Heart West Country and Heart South Coast.
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
3.1.    Go to the location on Saturday September 29th at the time specified in the on-air promotion trailers.
3.2.    At the location, find the Heart Angels who will have the entry forms. Entrants must fill out an entry form to be registered for the draw.
3.3.    From all the entries received in each of the locations, one will be selected at random and deemed the winner.
3.4.    There will be one winner for each Heart station taking part in this competition.

Eligibility:
4.    To enter the competition you must be 18 years old or over at the time of entry
5.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person: duplicate entries will be removed.

Prizes:
6.    5 x adult mountain bikes and a sonic toothbrush. One prize package per location.
