RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Club Lloyds’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Friday 9th May to Friday 20th June 2014 on Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to heart.co.uk and register their details.
4. There will be three (3) competition draws over the competition period.
5. Online entry to the first competition will open at 16:30 on Friday 9th May and close at 23:59 on Sunday 18th May 2014.
6. Online entry to the second competition will open at 00:01 on Monday 19th May and close at 23:59 on Sunday 1st June 2014.
7. Online entry to the third competition will open at 00:01 on Monday 2nd June and close at 23:59 on Friday 20th June 2014.
8. To take part in the completion entrants will be asked a multiple-choice question online. A winner will be drawn at random from all eligible and correct entries.
9. The winner will be notified and contacted by phone.
Eligibility:
10. Entrants must be over 18 to enter.
11. Entrants must have a valid passport to enter competition 1 and 3.
12. Entry into each competition is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
13. One winner will be selected from each competition to win the full prize.
Comp 1 (9th May – 18th May 2014): Spa Break in Costa Brava and Canon DSLR Camera. Prize includes:

• Return flights for two people to either Barcelona or Girona
• Return transfers from the airport to the hotel
• 2 Nights accommodation at the 4 star Silken Park Hotel San Jorge

Costa Brava Spa Break Terms and Conditions:
• Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and Spain). Must be booked at least 3 months in advance.
• Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes, surcharges and one piece of checked baggage per couple.
• Transfers are not private and may be shared with other passengers.
• Hotel will be classed as a minimum of 4 Star and is based on two people sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and
breakfast basis.
• Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical
conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case. Body treatment will last approximately 55 minutes each.
• Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
• All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
Canon DSLR Camera Terms and Conditions
• Should this product be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
• All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
Comp 2 (19th May – 1st June 2014): Dinner at a Michelin Star Restaurant and Hotel Stay and Merlin Family Pass. Prize includes:
Dinner at La Gavroche for two. Prize includes:
• Return train travel for two people to London
• Return transfers from the station to the hotel
• Overnight accommodation for two people at the 4 star Washington Mayfair Hotel

Annual Family Merlin pass for four people
Dinner at La Gavroche Terms and Conditions
• Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays.
• Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
• Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
• Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two people sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and
breakfast basis.
• Dinner at La Gavroche will be based on two people enjoying the tasting menu excluding wine. As this is two Michelin star establishment, winner’s
are asked to be flexible with their dates as reservations will be strictly subject to availability.
• All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
Annual Merlin Pass Terms and Conditions
• Pass is valid for 4 people to be used for 12 months. Allows entrance to all UK Merlin attractions plus the following Passholder Perks: Up to 20% off in Merlin shops, 20% off in Merlin restaurants, discounted stays at Merlin resort hotels, early Ride Time at the Alton Towers Theme Park. - Get access to the Park at 9am - an hour before the park opens, up to 50% off entry to Merlin international attractions, plus p to 50% off entry for Friends and Family tickets.
