RULES
• The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to Happy Summer Dayz radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 28 July to 1 August (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart Network.
• Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
• To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The Text Message Line opening and closing times will be given out on air by the presenter.
• One entrant will be picked at random and given the choice of 3 possible question themes based on ‘Happy’, ‘Summer’ or ‘Days’
• The entrant will pick the theme and will be asked a question relating to it.
• If they answer correctly they win the family day out chosen for that day.
• If they do not guess correctly another caller will come on and answer to win the prize.
Eligibility:
• Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Be a Sorcerer for a Day
Package for 2 adults and 2 children includes:

Terms and Conditions:
• Child age is up to 16 years. 16 and above must pay an adult entrance fee
• £500 will be issued in the form of a cheque to the winner within 28 days of being contacted
• Hotel based on a shared family room at a 4* hotel close to the experience
• £50 Lunch Allowance, £100 Travel Allowance AND £120 Meal Allowance issued in the form of a personal Cheque
Be a Diver for the Day
Package for 2 adults and 2 children includes:
• Entrance in to Aquarium
• Diving Experience for the whole family
• Expert Tuition
• Choice of Location
• Overnight 4* hotel accommodation (sharing a family room) – will be decided with the winner when contacted and chosen location for the experience
• 32GB Apple iPad (1 per family)
• £50 Travel allowance
• £50 Lunch allowance
• £120 Evening Meal allowance
• £500 Spending Money
Terms and Conditions:
Locations: London (Snorkel with sharks), Manchester (Walk on Seabed), Blackpool (Shark Reef Encounter)

• Minimum height restriction is 1.3m.
• All participants aged 14 years and under must be accompanied into the cage with a parent or guardian
• All participants aged 17 and under must have a parent or guardian sign their consent form.
• Participants are not permitted to use their own private cameras or recording devices within the tank or under the water. Photographs or film can however be done from the side by a spectator.
• Must be able to swim
Manchester
• Participants must be at least 8 years of age
• Prescription glasses and contact lenses are allowed
Blackpool
• Minimum height restriction is 1.3m
• All participants aged 14 years and under must be accompanied into the cage with a parent or guardian
• All participants aged 17 and under must have a parent or guardian sign their consent form
• £500 will be issued in the form of a cheque to the winner within 28 days of being contacted
• Hotel based on a shared family room at a 4* hotel close to the experience
• £50 Lunch Allowance, £50 Travel Allowance AND £120 Meal Allowance issued in the form of a personal cheque.
Be and Astronaut for the Day
Package for 2 adults and 2 children includes:
• Overnight accommodation at 5* Hotel (sharing a family room)
• Breakfast
• Entrance to National Space Centre
• 64GB Apple iPad (1 per family)

• £80 Lunch Allowance
• £120 Evening meal allowance

• £500 will be issued in the form of a cheque to the winner within 28 days of being contacted

Be a Racing Driver for the Day
Package for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 12 – 16 years) includes:
• Driving experience for 2 adults and 2 children
• Overnight 4* hotel accommodation (sharing a family room) – will be decided with the winner when contacted and chosen location for the experience
• Spectators Welcome (included within the driving cost)
• 32GB Apple iPad (1 per family)
• Choice of location
• £50 Lunch allowance
• £100 Travel allowance
• £120 Evening Meal Allowance
• £500 Spending Money
Terms and Conditions:
• Minimum age: 12 (11 at Yorkshire)
• Maximum age: 16
• Minimum height: 4ft 10in
• Maximum height: 6ft 4in (6ft 6in in Staffordshire)
• Maximum weight: 17 to 18 stone 7lb (depending on location)
• All participants must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who must sign an indemnity form on behalf of the child participating in this experience. The child’s parent/guardian must remain on site for the duration of the experience
• This experience is available on selected days throughout the school holidays. Exact dates vary according to location.
• £500 will be issued in the form of a cheque to the winner within 28 days of being contacted
• Locations: Staffordshire, Yorkshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Surrey, Lancashire and Northamptonshire.
• Hotel based on a shared family room at a 4* hotel close to the experience
• £50 Lunch Allowance, £100 Travel Allowance AND £120 Meal Allowance issued in the form of a personal cheque
Be at Cadbury World for a Day
Package for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 4 – 15 years) includes:
• Two nights accommodation at 4* Abbey Hotel (sharing a family room)
• Breakfast
• Entrance to Cadbury World on one day
• 64GB Apple iPad (1 per family)
• £100 Travel Allowance
• £50 Lunch allowance
• £120 Evening Meal Allowance

Terms and Conditions:
• Child age is 4 – 15 years. 16 and above must pay an adult entrance fee. Under 4’s go free.
• Travel is valid until June 2015 excluding Christmas, Easter and all bank holidays
• All prices exclude VAT
• One member of the party must be over the age of 18
• All the above details are offered on a subject to availability basis
