Hellmann’s Mayonnaise on Heart Network July – August 2014
RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions apply to ‘Hellmann’s Mayonnaise’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 31.07.14 to 21.08.14 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart Network.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk, register their details and pick their favourite song to ‘Liven up their lunch’ from a choice of songs displayed on the website. Online entry will open at 0901 on 31.07.14 and close at 0900 on 21.08.14
4. On Thursday 21st August between 09.05 and 11:00 a winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries to win the prize. The winner must answer their phone when called sometime between 09.05 and 11.00 in order to win.
5. Throughout the competition duration 1 x song request will also be played out each Friday with people who selected them being name checked or possibly taken to air. Having a song played or being name checked does not mean that an entrant has won and only one person per song request may be mentioned.
6. All entrants will be required to talk to the presenter and a call will be recorded with the presenter and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected at random – this is at the station’s discretion
7. One winner will be selected at random from all correct entries received. The winner will be notified by a member of Global Radio staff within 28 days of the competition closing.

8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
9. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and posses a valid passport.
Prize:
Return travel for two adults and two children to Ardeche, France
4 nights accommodation in a comfort plus mobile suite, to include:
• Comfort Mobile Plus suite with air-conditioning and private decking
• Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer and cooking facilities.
• Open plan living area with dining table and chairs and sofa, 2 double bedrooms and 2
bathrooms.

- Hellmann’s hamper includes wicker basket, a bottle of French wine, a selection of French cheeses and 4 jars of Hellmann’s delivered to the winner’s home
1. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays (both UK and France). Travel will be in the form of Ferry crossing from Dover to Calais and petrol allowance due to the nature of the location. Should the winner not drive, alternative transportation arrangements will be made using public transport where possible.
2. Accommodation will be in a Comfort Plus Mobile home with air-conditioning and decking and based on two sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom and family linen pack on a bed only basis.
3. Spending money to be provided by client.
4. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
5. French food hamper to include 4 jars of Hellmann’s mayonnaise, selection of 3 French cheese, a bottle of French wine, wicker basket and delivery.
6. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them
