RULES
1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) apply to ‘Back to School’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 12.08.14 to 07.09.14 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart.
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
Go online to heart.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 15.30 on 12.08.14 and close at 23:59 on 07.09.14.  
4.    Once online entrants will be asked to answer 3 questions via an interactive video to be entered into the competition.   
5.    The winner will have answered all 3 questions correctly.
6.    The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries received.

Eligibility:
7.    Entrants must be over 18 years old.
8.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:
9.    The winner will receive a £1,000 Marks and Spencer giftcard.
10.    This is non transferable and there is no alternative prize. This prize is not cash. Gift cards are subject to normal M&S terms and conditions.
11.    Gift cards can be redeemed at M&S stores (including Outlets in the United Kingdom, Eire and the Channel Islands, excluding BP stores) and online (subject to website terms and conditions). They may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the card on payment of the difference.
12.    Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for M&S Bank services, products our outstanding card balances, made to measure shirts, Lunch to Go, or M&S Energy.
13.    Gift cards can be activated with a minimum value of £10 or €10 and have a maximum value of £500 or €700.
14.    Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the last transaction. After 24 months from the last transaction, any remaining balance will be cancelled. Balance enquiries can be obtained in store or by calling 0333 014 8777 for the UK and Channel Islands (local rates apply) or 1890 719380 for Eire (mobile rates may vary).
15.    If any item purchased with a gift card is subsequently exchanged for an item of a lower price or refunded, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the card.
16.    If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and shown on your printed till receipt.
17.    Gift cards should be treated as cash. They are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards. M&S will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
18.    M&S reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift cards at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.
19.    Global & NDL reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
20.    The prize draw is open only to employees of the Marks and Spencer Group of Companies who are permanent UK or ROI residents and are aged 18 or over only.
