RULES
17.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ apply to Nutella Online radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 6th October to 26th October (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart.
18.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
19.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to Heart.co.uk, tell us ‘what is better with Nutella’ and register their details to be entered into the draw.  
20.    Online entry will open at 00:01 on 6th October and close at 23:59 on 26th October 2014.  
21.    From all correct and eligible entries received, one winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be notified by phone within 28 days.

Eligibility:
22.    One person must be aged 18 years or over.
23.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:
24.    2 day family pass to LEGOLAND® Resort in Windsor, with over 55 rides and attractions.
25.    Plus for the ultimate LEGOLAND® experience, stay in one of the fully themed bedrooms at the Resort Hotel with breakfast included.
26.    Travel allowance will be included

Prize Terms and Conditions:
27.    Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays.
28.    Travel will be in the form of petrol allowance due to the nature of the location.  Should the winner not drive, alternative transportation arrangements will be made using public transport where possible.
29.    Two night stay at LEGOLAND Hotel Resort will be in the Adventure Room based on two adults and two children sharing a room with ensuite facilities on a bed and breakfast basics. Parking for the night of the winner’s stay at the hotel is included in the price as and where indicated.
30.    Entry is for two adults and two children to LEGOLAND Windsor for two days. Children must be age between 3 and 15 years. Prices are based on a per person charge. Children under 3 are not required to pay and will not be placed on the device, but may accompany paying adults on rides where they meet all height, weight and age restrictions. Limited availability per day.
31.    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
Full terms and conditions will apply to each prize package.
32.    All ideas for mechanics would require full scoping for compliance with both the platform and the alcohol advertising/promotion rules to ensure that everything was kept within the appropriate guidelines to avoid negative press etc.
33.    Please note that the NDL Group is not responsible for seeking permission for the use of any brand/celebrity name or high profile sporting, fashion, entertainment or music event prizes, which we may suggest as concepts.  The responsibility lies with our clients to appreciate that sponsors may already be in place for such events and that they may not be able to directly ‘pass off’ their brand alongside another for promotional purposes or use such events as prizes for promotions in the public domain.   In these instances, the NDL Group may be able to offer advice but suggests that you consult your legal department over any potential conflict of brand interests.
34.    The quotation and concepts featured in this document are the property of the NDL Group.  If used in any form without payment as detailed or without NDL’s prior consent, then full payment will be due on immediate terms based on volume per item.  All confirmed bookings are subject to NDL’s terms and conditions, which are available on request.
35.    Images featured are for illustration purposes only and cannot be published or  reproduced for public use.
