RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.heart.co.uk apply to ‘Romance in France with James Morrison’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from the 13th – 14th February 2012 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart London on Monday 13th and Tuesday 14th February 2012.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must

Call the studio number (the “Telephone Line”) which will be given out on air.  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air

4. To enter the competition listeners must answer a question given out on air.

5. Five callers will be selected at random.  From the five callers , the most enthusiastic caller will be taken to air to play. The 'most enthusiastic' caller will be at the discretion of the Heart breakfast team. Their decision is final.  If they give an incorrect answer, the second most enthusiastic caller will be selected to play, again as determined by the Heart Breakfast team. This will continue until we have a winner.

6. If an incorrect answer is given, another caller will be taken to air. This will continue until we have a winner.

Eligibility:
7. Over 18s only

8. Only one entry per household. Duplicate entries will be removed.

9. Prize winners need a UK valid passport.

10. Winners must be available to travel on Saturday 10th March 2012.

Prize:
11. The winner of each competition round will win:

Romance in France with James Morrison which includes:

Travel for two people to Paris on Saturday 10th March, returning on Sunday 11th March 2012. Travel will be flights or Euro star travel and will be determined by Global Radio. Winners will stay on Saturday 10th March at the 3 star Helder Paris Hotel. A pair of tickets to see James Morrison perform at the Olympia, Paris on Saturday 10th March 2012 and a meet and greet with James Morrison at the event.

12. Tickets are non exchangeable and non transferable.

13. No cash alternatives will be offered.

Prize Terms and Conditions:
14. If for any reason the artist cancels, or postpones a concert Heart cannot be held responsible. In such an eventuality reimbursement or reissue of tickets will depend solely on the decisions of the promoter. Global Radio reserves the right to the substitute prize.

15. Heart will not be responsible in providing an alterative prize.
