RULES

1    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http;//heart.co.uk/london/terms-conditions/competition apply to ‘Tate & Lyle Light at Heart’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 30/01/2012 to 03/02/2012 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart Network

2    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
3    To enter the Competition an Entrant must

3.1    Call the “Telephone Line” given out on air. Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.

3.2    The presenter will play a clip of a song and ask listeners to identify the artist who originally performed that song.

3.3    An entry will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

3.4    All entrants will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call may be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected.

3.5    If the entrant gets the question correct, they’ll win the prize. If the Entrant gets the question incorrect, the next entrant  will be randomly selected to play. The winner will be announced on air.

Eligibility:
4    To enter the competition you must be:
- 18 years old or over at the time of entry

5    Winners and all accompanying persons should hold a valid passport that expires no earlier than (six months from return date), and should be eligible to travel to and stay in relevant destinations and be able to travel on relevant dates.

6    Only one entry per household. Duplicate entries may be removed.

Prize:
7. 1 x Daily Prize of an Italian Spa Break for Two (Total of 5 x prizes across the competition period)

Prize includes:
•    Return flights for two people to Venice.
•    Private return transfers from Venice Airport to the hotel.
•    3 Night’s accommodation at the Abano Grand Hotel.
•    Breakfast, lunch and dinner for the duration of your stay.
•    VIP Thermal Spa Card per person for the duration of your stay.
•    Full use of the spa facilities.
•    Travel Insurance.

Prize terms & conditions
1. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser. Flights must include a Saturday night stay in your destination. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. At least one person must be over the age of 18 years.

2. Hotel is officially classed as a 5 Star. Accommodation is based on two people sharing a twin or double (winners choice) ‘Classic’ bedroom with ensuite bathroom on a full board basis.


3. Thermal Spa Card gives each guest unlimited use of: SWIMMING POOLS: Etoile with thermal water at 35°C and hydro-massages, rehabilitation trail for joints and muscles mobility improvement. Lune, an indoor thermal pool at 36°C,for bathing and relaxing especially during winter months, connected with Soleil, an outdoor thermal pool at 35°C. STEAM CAVE: 10 -15 minutes every day help eliminate toxins and improve the immune system. BATHROBES: blue for accessing the pools and white for the treatments at the Thermal Spa. GYMNASTICS: everyday group exercise in the pool and the fitness room GUIDED TOURS: walks and bicycle rides with Personal Trainer twice a week. Guests will also have unlimited use of BICYCLES and the FITNESS ROOM.


4. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
